Jill tried every diet and exercise for hours upon hours for years; she felt defeated in her journey, not knowing why she was not happy or feeling achieved. Then she realized the key ingredient “Balance”. She learned that balance with feeding her soul, eating a balanced nutritious meal and exercising, and honestly learning to balance everyday life. Taking it one day at a time, making the right adjusted steps to help achieve your own goals, some days the steps are small, and some days the steps are big, but with Jill’s help, she gives you balance in your mind, body, and, soul to actually achieve those goals from being unattainable to reachable. She thrives in helping others change their diet, learn about what is truly nutritious, and find a healthy amount of exercise that you can actually enjoy and fit into your everyday schedule.  Her goal is to guide you into the Woman that makes you happy and well-adjusted with who you are.

I graduated from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition* where I learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – Ayurveda, gluten-free, Paleo, raw, vegan, macrobiotics, and everything in between.

In addition I am a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist from ISSA.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

I work with my clients to get in touch with their body’s needs because I understand that life happens and your needs will change. I want to equip you with the self-awareness to make the best decisions for yourself in any given circumstance. I believe each person is fully capable of making well-informed decisions as their own expert, not the latest magazine article or fad diet book.

As your coach, I will not dictate a diet for you, but together we will explore why some foods make you feel better than others and how to strategically use that feedback. A Health Coach is a supportive mentor and wellness authority who helps others feel their best through individualized food and lifestyle changes that meet their unique needs and health goals. Often times, Health Coaches provide their services in private coaching practices, either working one-on-one with clients or facilitating a group coaching program.
